1 The estate

Casa Salt y Sol spans three private lots with two separate homes and a large open-air rancho, all gated as one property. A short walk across the road and down a tranquil path brings you to Playa Grande's five miles of surf and sand.

2 Main home — 6 bedrooms

The original residence has six bedrooms: five with king beds and one bunk room (queen below, twin above), plus four full baths and two half baths including a poolside powder room. Spacious open-plan living, dining and a chef's kitchen open to the pool.

3 New home — 4 bedrooms

The newly completed second home offers four bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, plus a downstairs powder room. Modern design and comfortable finishes throughout.

4 Yoga & wellness rancho

A newly built, large open-air rancho with polished wood floors and ceiling fans — a dedicated space for yoga, meditation, stretching, workshops or group sessions, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

5 Outdoor living

A large private pool and patio, multiple lounge and dining areas, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, hammocks and swing chairs, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow across both homes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy · A 50% down payment reserves your dates, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. The down payment and processing fee are non-refundable; if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival we are happy to extend a credit for a future stay. If you cancel more than 60 days out and we re-rent your dates at the same rate, we refund 100% minus a $100 fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival, holiday weeks, early departures, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
