A private 150-year-old wine estate 45 minutes from Barcelona for company offsites, leadership summits and team-building — exclusive use, up to 15 guests.
When was the last time your company invested in an experience that fostered not just productivity, but also wellbeing, trust and a sense of belonging?
Alaya Retreat Centre, in the heart of Catalonia's Alt Penedès wine region just 45 minutes from Barcelona, offers a sophisticated setting for organisations seeking to elevate their corporate retreats, leadership summits and team-building events. Far removed from the distractions of the city, Alaya provides a rare blend of historic elegance, modern amenities and natural tranquility.
**Historic charm meets modern functionality.** Alaya is housed within a meticulously restored 150-year-old wine estate, "Cal Pau Cruset". The property comprises three private villas and a spacious main villa, all surrounded by gardens, vineyards and mature fruit, olive and almond trees.
**Flexible event spaces.** At the heart of Alaya is a versatile 120 m² event hall with oak floors and abundant natural light, configurable for boardroom-style meetings, workshops or presentations. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic vineyard views for breakout sessions, brainstorming or evening receptions, with additional communal lounges and outdoor seating.
**Accommodation for every team.** The venue hosts up to 15 guests — luxury suites with private jacuzzis, well-appointed private rooms, or communal bunk rooms for a more social setup. Every room has high-speed Wi-Fi, regular cleaning and climate control.
**Wellness for peak performance.** An outdoor pool set among palm and fruit trees, a wellness centre with jacuzzi and sauna, and expansive landscaped gardens for walking, reflection or outdoor team-building.
The venue can be reserved for exclusive use, and Alaya's team designs bespoke programmes around your goals — whether that is a strategic planning session, a leadership development workshop or a company celebration.
