I loved absolutely everything: yoga sessions with Prashant, chai tea served by the owner Veena each morning, our talks about things that matter, the food cooked by two lovely Indian ladies, and activities like badminton and short sightseeing. Very friendly gardener, and the cute dog makes this place even more special. Our evening meditations with Prashant were wonderful. I took this great energy back home with me and I am back to yoga and meditation. I met wonderful people and highly recommend this experience. It's a very special place with amazing values.
I will never forget my stay at Antharyamin Resorts. It gave me space to step away from the noise and distraction of the busy UK lifestyle. The resort is the gift that keeps on giving and the views of the mountains are the best I've seen — and I have travelled to a lot of places. My 8 days here gave me an insight into traditional Indian yoga, the Ayurvedic way of living, connections with the most amazing people, solitude, clarity and memories that will stay with me forever. I can't thank Veena and Prashant enough. You won't regret visiting this special place!
This retreat was simply amazing. I booked from a friend's recommendation so I went in not knowing what to expect, but it exceeded any expectations I had. The whole concept — from the daily wellbeing activities and practices to the food, the information given and the external treatments — was incredible. My only regret was not booking longer!
The yoga retreat was truly a transformative experience. The location was peaceful and immersed in nature, creating the perfect environment to disconnect and recharge. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely passionate. Each session was thoughtfully structured, catering to all levels, and combined physical postures, breathwork and meditation in a balanced way. The meals were healthy, delicious and prepared with care. Whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice or simply take a break from everyday stress, I highly recommend this retreat. It exceeded all expectations!
It is one of the most beautiful places in Kerala. Flowers, birds, butterflies and beautiful trees surround you and give you peace and gratitude. People are very kind and supportive.
A beautiful birthday treat and special surprise from Prasanth and Veena. Just what I needed — I learnt so much and felt like my real self in this beautiful haven. Huge thanks to Prasanth for the wonderful morning yoga sessions. After roughly 10 years of yoga in the UK, I learnt more in this week and gained a real understanding of yoga. My body and mind felt better than ever. A huge thank you to Veena for the incredibly nourishing dishes and for teaching me about all the plants and flowers. The week was truly transformative for me. I would love to come back as soon as I'm able to.
This place is awesome, restful, calm and soothing. The garden and the view are so beautiful. Yoga in the morning at sunrise and meditation with Prasanth is perfect for body and soul. Morning exercises work on flexibility, strength and balance and give you a lot of energy. Everyone is very kind and caring. Indian food is very good. The room is nice and spacious. We can visit the city, the backwaters, the temple and the beach, or rest as needed. Many activities are offered: cooking, Indian dance, badminton, swimming pool, home cinema. Ayurvedic treatments and massages with Shiny are incredible. Veena's classes are very interesting. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to disconnect, relax, practise yoga and meditation, and have an amazing experience in Kerala.
The helpful hosts who customise your stay to all your needs and expectations. The unique location with a lot of love and attention to detail. The Ayurvedic food with herbs, fruit and veggies from the property or the neighbours. The energising morning and evening routines with yoga and meditation to start and end the day. 8 days was too short, so I added 3 more days and cancelled another location.
