Welcome to Tripsorb ("Tripsorb", "we", "us"), operated by Hermitz Ventures. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Tripsorb is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent organisers who list and operate travel experiences, tours and retreats ("Experiences"). We are not the provider of the Experiences. The contract for any Experience is between you and the organiser. We are also not a travel agent or tour operator and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any Experience.
The Platform may let you create a profile, post photos and stories, follow others, join communities and send messages ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and interactions. By posting, you confirm you have the rights to it and grant Tripsorb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You can delete your User Content at any time; some copies may persist in backups or where others have shared it.
You must follow our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach them.
You agree not to: break the law; post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors; impersonate others; spam or scam; scrape or attack the Platform; circumvent payments or solicit off-platform payment to avoid protections; or infringe anyone's rights. We may investigate and take action, including reporting to authorities where required.
If you list Experiences, you are responsible for their accuracy, legality, licensing, insurance, safety and delivery, and for honouring bookings and your cancellation policy. You grant us the right to display your listings and brand on the Platform. You must comply with applicable consumer, tax and travel-industry laws.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate, and we may act on reports of abuse, fraud or policy breaches at our discretion, including warnings, content removal, suspension or a ban.
The Platform, its software, design and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for the acts or omissions of organisers or other users, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect the Platform or its users.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
