Each day includes beginner-friendly meditation, pranayama and yoga practices tailored to activate and balance each chakra, promising enhanced rest, insight and internal equilibrium by the retreat's end.

The retreat runs at Alaya Retreat Centre, a renovated 150-year-old wine farm in Torrelles de Foix, surrounded by vineyards and a large garden of fruit, olive and almond trees — 45 minutes from Barcelona, 25 minutes from the beach, with hiking to nearby waterfalls.
